Palm at CES today at 2pm Eastern
Expect to see updated Palm devices to launch on Verizon and AT&T. Hopefully we will see some 3D applications and announcement of a webOS update.

Colorado River, right near the Hoover Dam. We wanted to drive to the Grand Canyon, and after over 3 hours of driving, turns out the indians that own that part of the Canyon wanted $45 per person to take a bus to look down the hole.
Being sensible Germans, we did not fall into the scam and turned back. This is one of the photos I ended up taking as we were on our way back to Vegas by the Hoover Dam. It’s way cooler than the Grand Canyon anyway.
I actually took many more shots that day that I haven’t posted because they are kind of boring. Since I was traveling with my family, it’s never the same. Nobody except a photographer would understand that it takes time to come up with a good photo. Family is always bugging you to move on and whining, “are you done with the damn photo yet?!”
And even if they aren’t saying it, they’re thinking it! Landscape photography is something that takes time and patience, and usually has to be done alone. Unless I’m with my dear Jane.

This is one of my photos from my recent trip to Caracas, Venezuela overlooking the city. It was a beautiful night full of ice skating, brilliant scenes, expensive food, and love! Hope you like it.
